At Sukanova, every piece is crafted with care and meant to be kept. That said, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. Here's how we handle returns and exchanges.
ORDER CANCELLATION (BEFORE DISPATCH) :

Cancellations are allowed only within 12 hours of placing the order. After this, your piece goes into production and cannot be cancelled.

If you cancel within 12 hours, a basic processing fee will be deducted. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.

Refunds are usually processed within 48 hours (excluding bank processing time).
RETURN & EXCHANGE WINDOW :

You have 3 days from the date of delivery to raise a return or exchange request.

Requests raised after the 2-day window will not be accepted.

RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS :
For all returns or exchanges:

The item must be unused and in original condition.
-
The item must be unwashed with no dry cleaning or alterations of any kind.
-
All original tags, accessories, covers and labels must be attached with the garment.

The Sukanova safety ribbon seal must be intact and uncut. If the ribbon is cut, forced open, or tampered with, the outfit is considered sold and non-returnable.

There must be no makeup stains, perfume marks, deodorant marks, sweat stains, or any other stains.

A clear unboxing video must be provided (details below).
MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO :
A clear unboxing video is required for all return and exchange claims. The video must show:

The sealed courier packaging with the shipping label clearly visible.

The opening of the parcel in a single, continuous shot.
-
The product condition including all tags, the safety ribbon seal, and any other visible defects.
Damage claims will be accepted only if the issue is clearly visible in the unboxing video.

All approved returns are processed as exchanges, store credit notes, or gift cards only.

In case of a genuine manufacturing defect or damage from our end (verified through unboxing video and inspection), you are eligible for a full refund, free replacement, or store credit of the full order value.

Manufacturing defects include: broken zippers visible in unboxing, wrong size or wrong product delivered.
RETURN PICKUP :

Sukanova provides one complimentary return pickup per customer for serviceable metro pin codes.

For non-metro or non-serviceable locations, you may be required to self-ship the product to our warehouse. The return address will be shared upon approval.

Pickup is typically scheduled within 2–3 business days of return approval.
EXCHANGE :
Once your return is approved and inspected, you may choose from the following options:
1. Size or Style Exchange :
You can exchange for a different size of the same style, or a different style of equal or higher value (subject to availability).

If the new item is of higher value, you pay the price difference.

If the new item is of lower value, the balance will be issued as a store credit.

Up to two exchanges per order are permitted. After the first exchange, we encourage you to reach out to our team for sizing or any other guidance.
2. Store Credit Note :
You will receive a credit note valid for 180 days from the date of issuance.

Can be used for any future purchase on sukanova.luxury.

Non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
3. Gift Card :
You will receive a gift card valid for 90 days from the date of issuance.

Can be used for any purchase on sukanova.luxury.
-
Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE :

Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

Once approved, we will either arrange a pickup or share the return address for self-ship.

Pack the product securely in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.

After we receive and inspect the product, your exchange, credit note, or gift card will be processed within 3–5 business days.
SHIPPING COSTS :

First Return: Complimentary pickup.

Rejected Returns: Re-delivery charges of ₹200–₹500 will apply.
