2. Dispatch Timelines

If the product is ready in your size, we aim to dispatch within 3–7 working days from the order date..

We will notify you via email/SMS when your order has been dispatched, along with tracking details.
3. Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, approximate delivery timelines are:

Metros & Tier 1 cities: 3–5 working days.

Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities / remote locations: 5–10 working days (subject to courier serviceability).
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
4. Shipping Charges (India)

Any express / priority shipping options and fees will be displayed at checkout (if offered).
5. International Shipping (If Applicable)

We currently ship to select countries; availability and rates are shown at checkout.

Delivery timelines: typically 2–4 weeks from dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Duties & Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and customs charges (if any) are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges.
6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking number and courier partner details.

Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to become active after dispatch.

If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the parcel, please contact the courier first, then write to us at contact@sukanova.luxury within 48 hours.
7. Undelivered / Returned-to-Sender Orders
Your order may be returned to us if:

The courier is unable to reach you or deliver at the provided address.

The package is refused at the doorstep.
In such cases:

We can re-ship the order after receiving it back, with additional shipping charges borne by the customer.

If you choose not to re-ship, we may offer a store credit (excluding original shipping charges), as per our Return & Exchange Policy.
8. Damaged, Tampered, or Missing Items

A clear unboxing video (showing the sealed parcel, opening, and product) is mandatory to claim any damage, including makeup stains, or other defects.

Damage claims will be accepted only if the issue is visible in the unboxing video and confirmed to be from our side; in such cases, you will be eligible for a full refund or replacement. No damage request will be registered without a proper unboxing video

If you notice an issue after accepting the package, you must:

Email us at contact@sukanova.luxurywithin 24–48 hours of delivery, with unboxing images/videos and product photos.

Claims raised after this window may not be eligible for investigation, as courier timelines lapse.
9. Address Changes & Delivery Instructions

Shipping address changes are possible only before dispatch and after email confirmation from our team.

Once the order is shipped, we cannot change the address or delivery preferences.

Please ensure your full address, pin code, and phone number are accurate at checkout to avoid delays or returns.
10. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or certain remote areas where courier service is unavailable.

Certain products may carry additional shipping timelines due to size, weight, or special handling.
11. Force Majeure
Delivery timelines may be extended due to events outside our control such as natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or public health emergencies. In such cases, we will try our best to keep you updated but cannot be held liable for delays.
