This agreement applies between you (“User”) and Sukanova (owner of this website). Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service is deemed to occur upon your first use of the website.

The User certifies that he/she is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age OR has the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Payment information must be provided by or with the permission of an adult.

International Customers: If goods are ordered from outside India, import duties and taxes may be incurred once your order reaches its destination. Sukanova is not responsible for these charges and does not make any calculations or estimates in this regard. As the purchaser, you will be the importer of record and must ensure that your purchase complies with the laws of the country into which the goods are imported. Goods may be inspected by customs on arrival, and Sukanova cannot guarantee that the packaging will be free from signs of tampering.

When using the enquiry form or any other method of providing information, you must not use obscene or vulgar language or submit content that is unlawful, objectionable, abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory (including ageist, sexist or racist content). We may remove any such content at our discretion.

It is recommended that you do not share your account details, particularly your username and password. Sukanova accepts no liability for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your account details being shared by you. If you use a shared computer, it is recommended that you do not save your account details in your internet browser.

To purchase goods on this website or use enquiry form facilities you may be required to create an account containing certain personal details and payment information. By continuing to use this website, you warrant that all information you submit is accurate and truthful and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Sukanova reserves the right to refuse or cancel purchases without stating reasons. Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

Every effort has been made to accurately depict product colours and details. However, actual colours may vary depending on your monitor or device, and we cannot guarantee that your display of colour will be accurate.

All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. Any transaction fees or currency conversion charges levied by your bank or payment provider are not included in the MRP and are your responsibility.

Sukanova will notify you by email when your goods are dispatched. The message will contain estimated delivery times and, where applicable, reasons for any delay in delivery.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements under which we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
